It's heavyweight showtime in Vancouver, Canada, when Shane Carwin returns to the Octagon to face TUF 13 coach Junior Dos Santos for the number-one-contender spot and a date to face UFC's heavyweight champion, Cain Velasquez.

Dos Santos, who was slated to face his counter part in the latest season of TUF, Brock Lesnar, will now face what many believe is a much tougher challenge in Shane Carwin.

A much slimmer Carwin returns to the eight-sided cage after a loss to Lesnar at UFC 116 almost a year ago, being mentioned in a PED scandal, and back surgery with much to prove and even more expectations from all MMA fans around the world.

Carwin, who was set to face Jon Olav Einemo on this same card, took Lesnar's spot after the latter had to drop out due to another episode of diverticulitis which had already sidelined him once before.

This bout promises to be a bang for your buck and there is no doubt it will be highlight reel material.

On the co-main event, the only fighter in the UFC to have ever fought in four different weight classes, Kenny Florian makes his featherweight debut as he faces 16-1, Diego Nunes.

With a stacked preliminary and main card, UFC 131 sure looks like another amazing night of fights.
